Contivity VPN Client and Cable connection

Tweaked my settings using those found on dslreports. However, my VPN connection seems to have slowed down considerably.

Not sure if a conicidence with my tweaking but basically it seems that the RWIN is not 64240 and the MTU is at 1500.

Any suggestions or thoughts?
