contivity 1700 event log messages

Any Help Guys , I am having dropped packets in my event log on contivity through ipsec tunnel.
The error message gives ip address & port number , but always has "REASON 2" .
Does anyone know how to find out how to understand the error codes ? or is there a bulletin or document for the same ??
Dont know what REASON 2 is ???

Any help much appreciated
