Hi,

I have a SQL Server which receives a 10GB data transfer once a week. Concerns have been raised that if the data transfer were to fail the whole process would have to be started again. Is there anyway to check the log and then continue on from where it failed?

thanks

Paul, are you using DTS? If so, one technique I learned was to adjust the package's maximum allowable errors before aborting. BULK INSERT also has a maxerrors setting that can be specified. [sig]<p>Robert Bradley<br><a href=mailto: > </a><br><a href= - Visual FoxPro Development</a><br> [/sig]
