Hi,

I am making an Adp using a proc as the source for my continous form.

I want to be able to access a specific unbound textbox on a continous form so that I can put a value in it. However when I try to do that all the textboxes are filled with that value.

How do I access a specific textbox?

BTW I want to use an unbound textbox as I am using an unupdateable source.

This is the standard behaviour for an unbound control in a continuous form.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Is there any other way to do this? ...

I have a rows in the continuous form for display only. I want the user to be able to approve each row, one by one by typing Yes/No in a text box and then clicking an Approve button in the Form Header to trigger a function to pick up each approved row and process it as required. How else would I do this other than a continuous form?

Cheers

A work around would be to bind a checkbox to a field in the table/query and then have the button tick or untick the checkbox
