content.ie5 path does not exist during pdf download

hello
one of our users was downloading a pdf from his online citibank account. when he tries to open the pdf (as opposed to saving the download file) it puts up this error.
Is this path configurable so that i can redirect or could it be determined by citibank software?

 
If he downloads and save the .pdf then it should open from his saved download location. If he doesn't save it but opens it on the web site then any problem might be at that end. In either case there would be something .pdf recorded in the Temporary Internet Files folder, at least I think there would be?

Has the Temporary Internet Files folder been moved on this machine? Have you tried cleaning out the T.I.F folder?

but as it turns out, the user just had a bad install of the reader
reinstalled and everything is fine now
