Contacts not all displayed in directory 1

Hi all. I have an IPO SE 9.0 implemented. I'm just wondering when I check the Directory button of 1600 series phones, not all contacts are there. But when you dial an extension not on the directory, a name will come out with its extension. The same thing happens also on one-x mobile contact list. Seeking for your expertise. Thank you.

You mean Contacts-button.

Un-tick EX DIRECTORY on the users you don't see (it's on the first page of each user, half way down).

Yes contacts button. But the user is un ticked on that option.. What else can we check..?

It's running on 9.0.0.829..

Then i suggest to upgrade it.
829 is the GA version and probably it might be fixed in later releases.
