Contacts -empty! Notes and Journal just disappeared!!!!

Using OWA on Exch 2k server, ie5.5 sp2, w2k client user said they added a new contact and when they returned to their pc and accessed mail account using Outlok 98 client these folders had gone and contacts is empty


Can't find any error logs or I'm not loking in right place

did you check to make sure they didnt changed there mailbox settings?
