contacts change in distribution list 1

I have contacts which are also in distribution lists.
When the e mail addresses change in the contacts, they do not change in the distribution list.

Is there a way of ensuring that changes in contact details are reflected in the distribtion list?

Terry,

In the Distribution List window there is an [Update Now] button. This will update all the eMail addresses in that Distribution List.

I have 200 + members of an association I send e mails out to and they are spread over 6 Distribution lists - in no particular order.

From what you say, I will either have to check each list for any member or update each distribution list.

So whenever you select a DL in Send,

right click the list name in the To list,
select Properties,
hit [Update Now],
[Save and Close]

and you're done.
