Contacts and Calendar synch using IMAP through OL2003

Hi.

We are using Exchange 2003. I read on MS documentation that it is possile to full synchronize calendar, as well contacts and tasks.

I've enabled IMAP and used Outlook2003 to test it.
Unfortunately it does not work properly.

Although I can subscribe IMAP folder (for istance Contacts)and synchronize it, I can see an "e-mail" style list. Thus I can see just name of contact but phone numbers, details and so on..

Inbox, sent-items works.

Any suggestion?
