Yes it is very easy to install and use. And also for small offices it is very useful as recording system.But dont forget it is using Voicemail PRo cahnnels for recording.As I saw about archieveing the back up options arent so good for some customers like banks or something like external voice recording systems.You can use some search options like date , time , size of the recording and parties and can listen from a web site of the recordings.Also as codecs it is using wav and you wil have to use large size of harddisk.

Also as codecs it is using wav and you wil have to use large size of harddisk."....not quite correct. It uses WAV yes, but it uses something close to the G.726 codec which compesses it considerably to 8MB per hour instead of standard WAV at 60MB per hour.
