Contact Store Shows Group instead of User in 7.0

Before upgrading to 7.0 the Contact Store would show the agent that received the call, in 7.0 it shows the hunt group instead of the agent.

I need to look into this tomorrow and just wondered if anyone else encountered this.
 
Call Recording was always ticked on the Hunt Group. But in version 6 the view showed the agent and in 7.0 it now only shows the Hunt Group. So basically I want to adjust the view through the web interface to show a column for users.

I see that you can adjust the "csipo.properties" which is supposed to be an ini file of sorts for Contact Store located in C:\Program Files\Witness.

I found that "By default ContactStore only returns the first 100 matching call records. This limit can be increased, however setting the limit too high may slow down the return of results. To set a limit, add the string viewerx.limit=N to the file csipo.properties, replacing N with the maximum number of records required." But I don't see any specific documentaion on what can be adjusted in this file. If it changes the number of items per page in the view I assume this is the right place to configure the view.
 
the only other documented option for the config file is DEBUG.

not much help.

try comparing a rel 6 XML file vs a rel 7 XML file. Contact store itself hasn't changed between recent versions, its still 7.8.16 from Aug 2009
