We have a host of sites running Contact store. Seem to be having major issues with the actual "Recordings" being saved to the server but also being put into the users mailbox.
The Recordings are set to Mandatory and the two check boxs to enable VRL are checked.
Is anyone else experiencing the above.

 
Have seen this, was a bug pre 3.0.59, try turning recording to on, and restart everything, call status will show AutoRecord if going to the mailbox or vrl if going to contact store
 
yeeebaababy is not often correct however he is this time :)

One thing I recomend against is using manditory. In this setting if there are no vm ports avalible to record the call the caller cannot get through.
