Dear Members,
All of sudden our contact store has stopped working, its not showing the recorded call details for the last 3 days.
I checked the alamrs and it shows
Minor Alar Failed to compress audio file for recording MSG35346378.wav Reason Not available
I checked the CSC log files, it shows compress failed.
I checked the VRL folder and noticed that new files are created when new calls come in. There are wav files created for every calls.
I believe the issue is from the contactstore software.
Please help.
