Contact Store 7.8 Recording Inbound Calls Twice

IP Office 500V2 6.0 with Voicemail Pro and Contact Store 7.8 installed. The recording is turned on for all users for In Bound and Out Bound calls. On incoming call, I see 2 References of the the same call being recorded. This does not happen on out going calls. Any ideas? Thanks
 
Where are you recording? Is it the group, Incoming call route or User. maybe it is on in 2 places.

Only in users, both inbound and outbound are on.
 
It sounds like a group or icr recording to me.
Do a good search because CS does not record the calls, vmpro does.
