Contact recorder NAS backup

I am trying to back up some things from the Contact Recorder to a different server. I have

//xxx.xx.xx.x/d:\ContactRecorder

Is that correct?

No, it should be \\ip-addres-or-hostname\d$\ContactRecorder

I think Media Manager is the only recorder that backs up via NAS
