contact links in e-mails in outlook open outlook express..

just changed to the full blown outlook from express. the contact links in the messages open express. How do I set/rest this to open outlook? I've looked and have not been successful.

Start in Internet Explorer --> Tools, Internet Options, Programs tab, set E-mail to Outlook.
