We have looked at Zeacom, but they have pulled out of Dev connect.
Are there any other solutions you guys have used for a more advanced contact centre.
Features we are looking for:
Skills Based Routing
Agent Desktop Apps
Post call surveys
Multi Media (email, chat, fax, etc)
I know everyone loves Xima (I havevn't looked at it yet), but I dont' think it does these things. It looks like a CCR type reporting and live stats package, rather than something that can effect things.
