by the way, cce 3.0 came out last december and along with other changes they made so that cce call routing server is not licensed any more. it means that if you have definity with avaya ct (or cm3 + aes with enough tsapi basic licenses) you can download cce disk [link ftp://www.avayacontactcenterexpress.com/ACCE/ISO/CCE_R3.0.iso]here[/url] and have your adjunct routing for free.
