We recently switched our LD T-1 service. Since the new T-1 was installed, channel 2 on my trunk group 10 shows active at all times. I tried reseating my DS1 card and I even swapped it out for another card and channel 2 is still active. I also tried to busyout and release this port and it still shows active. My T-1 provider tells me that they see a constant seisure on our end. What can I do to troubleshoot this problem? Any input is apreciated.
