I have a user who's Outlook 2007 connected to Exchange 2007 is constantly(every 15-30 seconds) requiring her to login.

I've changed it to Kerberos, NTLM, back to automatic, HTTP, back to RPC, etc etc and nothing resolves this. Deleted profile, redid profile and same issue prevents itself, any ideas?

Is the user in Cached mode?

May not be much help, but I work in non-cached, and when I reboot our GC that Exchange uses on that CAS I get prompted for authentication. (I don't bother, I just end up waiting till the GC comes back up first)

I'd look at the AD connectivity between your CAS and the GC.

Now it's hitting every user. They are all cached, it doesn't matter however as using non cached they all request it every 30 seconds. I've changed authentication types, I've tried RPC over HTTP, nothing fixes this!!!

IT's only outlook 2007 having this issue.

Try the autodiscover service - could be causing problems. Right click the Outlook icon in the system tray with CTRL (or maybe ALT?!) and you'll get a couple of new options regarding autodiscover diagnostics. Give them a play and see what happens.

Cheers,

It was IE7 and Digest Auth. I turned off Digest Auth on IIS and it stopped asking.
