Consoles camping onto remote phone

We have a new office running a CS1000S connected to our main site via an IP virtual trunk.
We can camp one (use ring again)to busy phones at the new office from any of the standard phones on any site, be that IP or TDM. The problem is that our operators, using 2250 consoles, are unable to do so. They get a busy signal when they try to extend the calls to a busy phone at teh new office, and can't get the caller back to the console to place them on hold etc...

Any ideas?

not sure, you have pri to the new site,or is it ip? for tdm make sure the route is marked internal and it should work

It's an IP link to the new site, not TDM. Would marking the route internal still be valid?
