HI.
You can use "aaa" commands to authenticate the serial console against a TACACS/RADIUS server.
However, remember that serial console access still requires the "enable" password to do anything except of few "show" commands.
Also remember that anyone that has phisical access to the box and knows how to play with the pix, can do password recovery and break in ignoring your passwords.
