Console: MACOLA32 error in Progression

Hi.
I have one user on a Citrix server that cannot log into Progression. 13 others on Citrix that are ok as well as 5 local users.
Progression creates a temp user but the following Console: MACOLA32 error occurs
screenm: Unable to open heap TreeView000000001 at 00000000 : 00000001
screenm: STOP RUN encountered

Checked on the Exact knowledgebase and searched this forum - didn't find anything. Problem is only happening in Progression Explorer, not PWE.
Anyone seen this before?
