Hello,

Anyone know what a Failure Code 0BH is on a 2250? All the keys are lit up. I've outed the phone and rebuilt it but as soon as I plug it back in I get the same code. Thanks

The code indicates that there is a key held down..... biscuit crumbs are the usual cause.

Your code could be either 08H or 0BH (thats eight or Bee). The H is Hex. It actually denotes a key strip, but I do not have the info at hand.

Run the fingers over each and every key. You are looking for something held either partially or fully down.

And what a difference a few minutes reading does:

08H = Held key colum A. That is the vertical row on the Lt side of the board.

0BH = Held key colum D0. This is the digit keys: 1,4,7,*

This found in doco: Telephones and Consoles Description Installation and maintenance.
