Consol Problems

Hello All,

I have an Option 11c with a 2560 consol phone. When the attendant transfers a call and no one answers it reverts back to her, but on some transfers when the call comes back she answers it, but the line keeps on ringing while she is talking to the person. The ringing stops after she ends the call. Any ideas?

problem is close to file corrupt, i would out the 2560 and rebuild it on a different card, something with a very low tn. could ne the set or the card.. i would bet software.. might just need an ini
