There is a problem on my Definity ECS(G3siV6).When someone dial a local number from an extension,the connection is cut off as soon as the other side(called person) picks up the telephone.My trunk is analogous trunk.There is no problem dialing the telephone number from the direct line.The ARS is setup correctly.The opposite telephone may be an ISDN line probably.Whether the definity is not compatible with the other side line or not.Can I solve this problem through modifying the setup and how should I do?Thank You.

Wich board do you use?
If you use CO trunk board (like TN747B) may be you need to change trunk-group parameters Disconnect Timing(msec) -( default - 500) , but sometimes we need more - make 1500 msec.
