Hi :

we have 6 remote sites and our head office which is at another location (7 sites altogether). At out head office site we have a cisco 2620 router and at all our other remote sites we have cisco 760 routers - all are connected through ISDN lines.

When I try to connect to a pc using pcanywhere from our head office I have to ping the site at least twice before i can connect - however when I connect to a pc at our head office from one of the remote site i can connect WITHOUT pinging first.

SO briefly, I can connect directly through the cisco 2620 router without pinging but i have to ping serveral times before I can connect through the cisco 760 routers. Is there a way I can overcome having to ping the cisco 760 router before connecting?
