I have a W2K network at work. My boss recently bought a WinXP laptop. I can get it to connect to the network but I cannot get it to connect to the internet through my W2K box that is acting as Proxy Server. Any ideas? %-)
Because it keeps on working,
doesn't make it right.

Are you using Win2k's ICS to share internet or are you using a 3rd party proxy server software? If you're using ICS, should just need to set XP machine to pick up IP address automatically. If proxy server software - will depend what you're running (but presumably it has instructions/help).
