Connection to NDPS printers fail on users workstation

I can add a printer to 4 out of 5 people. The one user that gets the connection error is in the same group(everyone) that gives users access. I even add them individually to the user role. Still unable to connect to server to finish the printer install.
 
Mr.MgtJr,
First Check the workstation's OS, where that particular user is logging in. and make sure that the Printer Drivers are added/available in RMS in NDPS Broker for that particular workstation's OS. It may be the problem..
you can access the NDPS Broker RMS from windows workstaion by typeing and then click on iManage
And in Manage you can access the Broker and all it's services like RMS, Event Notification etc.,
If still there 's a problem.. plz send me the full details with error no,description etc.,
 
The OS to all the machines is 2000 pro. Novell Client 4.83.83 sp2. Running both IP/IPX with NDPS. The actual error is: Cannot install printer, printer name is wrong or server not found. But it does download the driver.

there's a naming convention for NDPSBroker, NDPSPrinter and Agent have you followd those???
and also the total name should not exceed some limit..in certain configurations.. i forgot the exact convention.. first let me know what are your broker,printer,agent,NDPSmanager names...
if is there any problem, let us..see..
