Hi
We use Meteframe XP on Win2k servers to publish various apps. These are all working fine with all users on both Win2k and windowsXP PC's.
The problem is a new windowsXP machine that we have just tried to start using (this PC is an identical image of some pc's already working fine).

I have installed the client and when you run it, you put in the username and password ok and you can authenticate fine, the icons for the various apps are created fine. The problem is that when you try to run an app you get the message "Network or Dial up problems are preventing communication with the citrix server" after a while it tries to reconnect but the same thing happens again.
This happens as an Administrator as well.

Any help appreciated

Whenever I have seen this it has usually been a TS Cal issue.

Have you activated your Terminal Server License and added any TS cals you may need ?

network or dial up problems........

Make sure the user has write access on his workstation
to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store

explanation: and:
To force a TS cal to be replaced on the client,
remove this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store\LICENSE00x
Then logon again.

set the preferred TSCAL Server on all citrix boxes
