I just started having problems connecting to Terminal Server via Remote Desktop Web Connection.

Here is the error message
Remote Desktop Disconnected

The client could not establish a connection to the remote computer.
The most likely causes for this error are:
1) Remote connections might not be enabled at the remote computer
2) The Maximum # of connections was exceeded at the remote computer
3) A network error occurred while establishing the connection

Can anyone help???
Thanks

Ping the server. If it doesn't respond, ping your default gateway. If that fails, troubleshoot networking, assuming that you aren't in the same subnet with the server.

If you are trying to connect to the server from over the internet, try connecting from a client inside the Terminal Server's network, so that you can rule out firewall issues. Try connecting from a different desktop. If that doesn't work either, check the System events on the server and see if something has killed the Term service. Run Terminal Services Admin and see if everything looks good. Reboot the server and see if that helps.

The error you list can mean 100 things, including that your network cable is unplugged.

If you try using network monitor during the logon it will give you a clue as to what is going on......

I've solved this problem with several of my users. You should open regedit on the workstation. Do a search for a key called MSLicensing. If you delete this key you will be able to restablish connection to your terminal server.
