Connecting to Internet

Hi all,
Connecting to the Internet first time through adsl
modem. Then when I come out of the Browser & try to
connect via URL, the Browser times out. Have tried on 3
machines with same result. No A/V installed, Win XP Pro
SP1 installed & am on 3rd modem. ISP has checked adsl
connection & all is ok. Any ideas? I.E.issue?
