Connecting to a remote client

I can run a mstsc connection that automatically connects and logs into a remmote XP client. I can create a batch file that does this automatically and that works from a citrix server. I publish the batch file and it stops at the connection screen. I can also create In win2k3 the above scenario that works to connect to a Terminal Server.

Anyone tried and failed or tried and succeeded ?
