Connecting remotely 1

Hi All,

I'm trying to connect to a Windows 2000 server remotely, but someone has changed the settings somehow in that I get the following error from any workstation:
Remote connections might not be enabled....
I get no reply when pinging this server, either. Is there a way to enable remote connections remotely? Thanks in advance.

You can perhaps start the service remotely if you have admin access and you use a tool like Remote Task Manager...
The trial version lasts 30 days so it should be enough for this task...
