Connecting Perl to Outlook's Contacts

Anyone know of a way to connect to Outlooks Contacts viw browser/Perl?

Im needing to pull data out of Outlooks contacts and dump it into MySQL. Possibly vis-a-vis. Looking more for the direction to a module vs.- the actuall code.

export from outlook to an agreed format and work from there, otherwise we're fuelling a potential massive virus/back door capability

Exporting importing NOT an issue - here's the deal, I would like to access my outlook contacts via PERL to import and export via my palm. I write to palm, then suck my contacts as new customers into mysql.

Not worried about back-doors as this will be used by only one (possibly 2 people) on an INTERNAL web site.
