You can't put them in the same org, since Exchange is so AD-integrated and SBS won't allow you to integrate/trust another tree/domain.
In addition, SBS' version of Exchange lacks several key features that would help you tie two normal Exchange orgs together.
I don't personally think it's worth trying to pursue.
It might be a better idea to just disolve one domain/Exchange structure and work with a single AD domain. SBS will work with other domain controllers as long as it was the first DC in the site. Downside is that if the SBS server goes offline, the other DC's basically stop working, since the SBS server is truly the head of an SBS-based domain. It doesn't give you the normal Windows2000/2003 DC redundancy that you'd expect.
