Connect to Access DB

Can someone provide me with the complete connection string for connecting to an Access DB. I've tried unsuccessfully to do this and I can't get it to work partly because I don't use PHP normally.
I know I have to use odbc_connect but how do I write it?

I find when i get a problemd like this i play with google for a few minutes. I typed odbc connection strings into the search and got back a site called

you should find all the help you need there.
