Connect to a https web site on port 8009 with a vb script

I all, i'am confortable with vbscript put it seems difficult to do the job with. Do you know if i can connect to a web site on https with .net?

My client is a windows xp
my server is netware 5.1 portal
http is on port 8008
https on port 8009

i juste want to get a page like this

https://myserver:8009

i have to pass some steps
first, accept the certificate
next authentificate the program
and then get the page
