connect to 8700 via explorer browser from ASG?

Hi Guys,

Has anyone dialled into an ASG and browsed an S8720 via explorer? I can only ssh or telnet to it.
Not sure if this is supported.

Your S8720 does have a web server, but it does not provide the same functions/data as the SAT interface. I assume you have used the web server to check alarms, administer the firewall, etc.
AES does provide a subset of the SAT capabilities.

Thanks for your reply..

I can administer the S8700 from the LAN by using SAT or explorer but when I dial into the ASG I can only connect to the 8700 via telnet and but not explorer.

The reason I need this is because my linux knowledge is limited and I need to be able to download files to server, check proccess, summary etc
