Connect to 2 Domains

I have a windows2000 AD domain at one site "A" called wgn1
I have a WindowsNT Domain at site "B" called wgn2
These 2 sites have just been connected using a VPN.
The Users at site B now need to log in to access shared drives at Site A as well as being able to still see their own data at site B
Effectively use data on the local as well as the remote domain.
Is this possible or would a user need to log out of one domain and log into the other domain

You need to create a trust relationship between these domain.
