Connect Options Dialog Box when Mapping Drives

Has anyone encountered a dialog box titled: Connect Options when mapping a network drive from a Windows 2000 Professional to a Windows 2000 server (connected via LAN) in the same domain.

I have never seen this before. It requires username and password, area to configure timeout info, area to configure buffer sizes, area to configure default file permissions for users, groups and other (permissions are read, write, exec)
