I use Crystal 8.5 to write reports for a medical facility using data stored in Access 97 from a scannable forms system AutoData. On several occasions, I have gotten reports showing different totals for the same field. Upon checking in the Access database, I found an incorrect number of records, so I exited Access and tried again and the number was correct. My office is near a portable MRI trailer (about 40 ft) and I have purple blotches on my computer screen. IS personnel swear that there is no influence on my machine, but I am not convinced. Has anyone had any experience in this type of situation?
