Confirming Relaying is Closed

I am 99% sure my box prohibits relaying -- and I've done all the things necessary to keep the "bluestell" at bay.

My question is this: Is it "normal" for 5.5 to report that is is open for relaying when testing at abuse.net?

Of the 8 attempts they make, all come back "relaying is prohibited" except for the last one. It says "appears to be open for relaying."

However, I never receive an email from them proving it is open. They claim if it is indeed open I will get one.
