Confirmation page problem

We have a quote request form on our web site, &quot;quote.html&quot;. We want to view a confirmation page when the visitor clicks the submit button so that the visitor can make sure the information submitted for his request is correct before actually submiting it. The hyperlink for the submit button is directed to &quot;<A HREF="

When the user clicks the submit button on &quot;quote.html&quot;, the page is directed to &quot;<A HREF="

and it displays the quote.html page instead of the confirmation page. Why does this happen and what can be done to correct the problem?<br>
