What steps do I need to take to prepare to start running HSRP between two 4006's. One running Sup III and one running Sup IV. I also want to collapse 3 networks onto the switches. The current switch IP is 10.1.1.108 and I want to use Intervlan routing to place networks 10.99.1.xxx, 10.98.1.xxx and 10.97.1.xxx onto the switching environment and off of my 7200 to free up three ehternet ports on the router.

Configuring HSRP between 4006 Sup III and 4006 Sup IV

Just configure HSRP. There aren't any restrictions based on different SUP's.
You will configure HSRP for each VLAN on the switches.
Here is a link for HSRP on a 3550 but it should be the same for a 4000.
