I have recently loaded Crystal Reports 8.5. I want to be able to configure PSoft to recognize Crystal when I am ready to run a query? How do I do this? I'm a end-user. Would I need IS help? Right off, I believe I am to go to the Configuratin Manager in PSoft. I tried this but to no avail. I tried putting in the default location where Crystal resides. Nothing! HELP!

Hello,

Will you please provide more details to your question? Your answers to the following questions may provide additional details that would allow me and other people to try to understand your problem and help devise a solution:
[ul][li]What version of PeopleTools are you running? You can get this by running the PeopleSoft Windows application and then clicking "Help" then "About PeopleTools."[/li]
[li]Are you running the web-based query tool or the Windows query program?[/li]
[li]What do you mean when you say "I want to be able to configure PSoft to recognize Crystal when I am ready to run a query"?:[/li]
[ul][li]What are you doing in PeopleSoft when run into the problem?[/li]
[li]What would PeopleSoft be doing if it "recognized" Crystal?[/li]
[li]What is PeopleSoft doing since it does not "recognize" Crystal?[/li][/ul][/ul]

Thanks.
