I need to configure bind (or other unix/linux) DNS server so it responds with the same IP address no matter what request was sent. I.E. Lookup for server1.this-domain.com, ANYTHING all resolve to the same IP address. X.X.X.X Follow?

thanks in advance for the help.
Steve

scurvies,

It sounds like what you're trying to accomplish is to direct all DNS resuests to a proxy server. Is that what you're trying to do?
