Configuring and creating a new dialup connectoid 1

Hi,
Im looking for resources on how to configure a dial up connection with windows XP. My previous post was not specific enough, I was asking for screen shots, thou helpful, I was looking for something more in-depth, similar to chasms.com; thing is ones gotta pay now.

Or...might someone walkme throu the steps into configuring a new connectoid and running a diagnostics on the modem with Windows XP. ( I have to do some phone tech help with one of my employees in hawaii not able to connect but Ive never used or even seen XP)!
