Hi,
I currently have a Cisco SOHO97 router setup and working. I would like to set it up like my previous non-cisco router which had an public ip address on it and nothing for the internal lan so I could use another public IP address behind it. I think this mode is called Routing Bridging Emulation mode (RBE Mode). can anyone help me by giving me the right configuration to use.

Thanks picnmix

hmm I didn't play with any SOHO series but I think using IRB to bridge the public interface and the internal interface will do the trick. Not sure if those SOHO series support IRB or not.

Anyone can please explain brif on this???? I will be intrested knowing.

Regards,

Nayan
