Configure Startalk Flash Remotely? 1

Is there a way to remotely configure a Startalk Flash using NRU 10? I've got an MICS v5 with Startalk (v2 I think) and a FastRAD. I can dial into the FastRAD with no problem and config the MICS as needed.

I figured I'd be able to use the Remote Set Tool in NRU to access/config the voicemail system. However, when I type F983 into the virtual set, the display just goes back to showing the date/time. Is there something I'm missing?

I don’t think you are missing anything. I have never had a problem dialing F983 from NRU. Though I don’t know that I have tried with your particular software combo. Perhaps it is a bug of that particular configuration.

are you typing an 'F' or are you mousing the feature button on the NRU remote set? I always mouse-click the feature button.

I'm mouse-clicking the Feature button. I was thinking that maybe this just wasn't supported, but from what you're saying it sounds like it should work. I'll dig a little more into it to see if I can come up with something.

Tried that...no dice.

Mousing or keying the buttons makes no difference. It's just not working for me. Most likely a bug I guess.

Are you sure that they are using the high F numbers

Do a F**XFTEST to determine your active codes

Enter the NRU Browser Tool Click on Terminals&sets and then enter the Rads DN.Doubl e Click on LINE ACCESS and make sure that there is at least ONE Intercomm key programed to the RADS DN .Onces this has been completed ,access to the norstar Voice Mail programming trought the NRU Remote set
tool will function.
